Our week at Sand and Surf is something all 20+ of us look forward to and this year was no exception. Walking into the house it was clear to see and feel the wonderful updates that Ed & Barbara put into the home over the winter season. From the new stove and refrigerator to the whole house air conditioning and new furniture - the couch on the front porch was a favorite of everyones! With over 20 family members ranging in age from 1-70+ the house has something for everyone and feels like home the minute we walk in. The kids (and grownups) are already looking forward to next year!

The Sand and Surf was the perfect setting for our parent’s 60th anniversary celebration weekend. The home is stunning, incredibly clean, and the views of the ocean are unforgettable. One of our favorite memories was hosting our own paint-and-sip on the huge front porch while overlooking the water. It was the perfect setting to relax, laugh, and make memories together. Ed and Barbara were exceptional hosts—friendly, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful people. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. What made this stay even more special is that we were here exactly 10 years ago celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary. It was wonderful to return and create another weekend full of memories with our family. We only hope our next visit comes sooner than 10 years from now!

We chose this property for our family reunion. I am one of 29 first cousins on my father's side. We get together every few years to cherish and honor our heritage. This venue is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The views are stunning. The front porch is to die for. The entire facility was very clean. On the first floor, there are three sitting rooms appointed with comfortable leather couches and chairs. The open dining space was large enough for all of us. The large modern kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. It has two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Upstairs the bedrooms were more than sufficient for a good night's sleep. it is close (walking distance) to eateries and souvenir shops. It was not inexpensive, but worth every penny to our group from all over the country. And did I mention the spectacular front porch?
