Main House, Carriage House, and Cottages

Take I-95 to Maine Exit 7, York. Turn Right at the traffic light, Rte. 1 South. Turn left at the next light, Rte. 1A North. Drive 5.3 miles on Rte. 1A through York Village, York Harbor and past Long Sands Beach. We are located on the left just after Broadway/Broadway Ave. Ext.

The Sand and Surf

Pass Broadway on your right then bear right onto Ocean Ave Ext. Take a right onto Mosley Rd. and an immediate left onto Bank Rd. The Sand and Surf is the 4th house on the left (53 Ocean Ave. Ext.).

The Sea View

The Sea View sits next door to the Sand and Surf at 51 Ocean Ave. Ext.
