This house is just perfect! The location can’t be beat — we didn’t use our car all week as it was a quick walk to Short Sands beach and to York Beach city center. Extremely clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Service was impeccable and friendly. This is our second year and we have already booked for next year! Highly recommend

We always enjoy our week in York Beach and staying at One Long Beach properties. The my cottage is well maintained, always clean and well stocked. The location is perfect for going to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We spent a week in June 2024 at the Main House. The property was perfect! Great location...super close to short sands beach and shops/restaurants. House was extremely clean and just as described. Having linens/towels provided made it so easy to pack for the week...loved that there were duvet covers that were washed after each stay.

Another wonderful year at One Long Beach. My extended family and I have been enjoying these cottages for 22 consecutive years. We have developed a wonderful relationship with Ed and Barbara who have always been quick to respond to any problems that arise. This year we numbered 34 staying in the five cottages that has a wonderful common space that accommodates our annual pasta/trivia night. Location is a short walk to short sands beach, arcade and town which allows for some freedom for our teens. Multiple generations continue to enjoy this perfect spot.
